1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the ElixaRx Web App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Professional Eligibility & Identity Verification

Due to the clinical nature of our services, which include drug interaction checks, clinical workflows, and pediatric dosing calculators:

• Access is strictly limited to verified healthcare professionals (licensed pharmacists, medical practitioners, and students of medical or pharmacy colleges).
• Self-treatment or diagnostic use by the general public is strictly prohibited.
• To activate account access, you must upload an image of your professional syndicate card, university ID, or equivalent credential. All documents are manually reviewed by our compliance team to prevent unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any accounts suspected of professional impersonation or credentials mismatch.

3. Medical & Clinical Disclaimer

The ElixaRx Engine is a digital assistant designed for calculating doses and cross-referencing health protocols:

• The platform does NOT replace professional human clinical judgment, diagnosis, or direct physical examination.
• The final responsibility for dosing, prescribing, and dispensing medication lies solely and exclusively with the practicing healthcare provider.
• Users are strongly advised to double-check complex clinical calculations and verify pediatric limits against established medical references before advising patients.

4. Intellectual Property & Database Protection

All code, databases, design components, branding assets, clinical rule schemas, and algorithms in ElixaRx are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform developer and are protected by national and international copyright and database protection laws.

• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying clinical logic or code.
• Automated scanning, indexing, or scraping of the clinical databases is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments, Billing, and Referrals

• Plans are purchased via a one-time payment for lifetime access or as explicitly stated during checkout.
• Payments are processed locally using national digital wallets and the InstaPay network. Users must provide valid transaction IDs for payment verification.
• Refund Policy: Once an account has been successfully verified and activated, payments are non-refundable.
• Referrals: Rewards are computed only after the referred user completes payment and passes identity verification. Any fraudulent referral activity will result in the immediate forfeit of rewards and potential account suspension.

6. Modification of Terms & Termination

We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms of Service at any time to enhance clinical safety or cloud security standards. Changes will be updated directly on this page, and your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be settled exclusively before the competent Egyptian courts.
